The kingdom of Raska was devastated during the Great War and is struggling to recover. Many smaller towns have been abandoned, and the larger cities and trade stations are overcrowded and in states of disrepair. The nation is currently receiving aid from other kingdoms so despite the problems the populace is generally happy and hopeful.
